In recognition of his outstanding contributions and dedication in promoting and educating the people of Japan to practice chiropractic for wellness through his Healing Academy. His belief is “health is the most treasure in one's life and without healing mind, one cannot heal his body”. Traveling to various countries, he experienced numerous therapies and concluded that chiropractic is the answer to the best healing method.

In witness thereof in recognition whereof, I have hereunto put my hand and affixed the Seal of the President's Council of  the US Department of Health and Human Services on the Third of June, 2010.
